License Terms for Beatstore.es
At Beatstore.es, we offer two types of licenses for our digital products: Regular License and Extended License. These licenses are designed to give you the flexibility to use our products while maintaining the protection of intellectual property for both parties. Please read the following terms carefully to understand the differences between the licenses and how they apply to your purchase.
1. Regular License
The Regular License grants you the right to use the product in a personal or commercial project, subject to the following terms:
- Usage: You can use the product in a single end product, which can be sold or distributed as part of your project. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or lease the product itself.
- Modifications: You are allowed to modify the product for your personal use or for a client project, as long as it is not redistributed in its original or modified form.
- Single Project Use: The Regular License is valid for use in one project or website. If you want to use the product in additional projects, a separate license must be purchased for each.
- Non-transferable: The Regular License is non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser.
2. Extended License
The Extended License provides broader usage rights compared to the Regular License. It grants the following additional permissions:
- Broader Usage: You are permitted to use the product in multiple projects or websites, including both personal and commercial projects. The Extended License allows for more extensive distribution.
- Resale Rights: With an Extended License, you can sell or redistribute the product as part of a larger project. This is ideal for developers or businesses who wish to integrate the product into a service or end product that is sold to customers.
- Unlimited End Products: You are allowed to use the product in an unlimited number of end products, as long as the product is used within the scope of your business needs. However, you may not directly resell or redistribute the product itself.
- More Flexibility: The Extended License provides more freedom and fewer restrictions on commercial use, making it suitable for larger-scale projects.
3. License Exchange
In the event you purchased the wrong license (e.g., Regular License instead of Extended License), you may purchase the correct license within 30 days of the original purchase. Once the correct license is purchased, you can contact us, and we will process a refund for the original license.
4. Restrictions on Both Licenses
- No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product in its original form or any modifications made to it.
- No Use in Illegal Activities: The product may not be used in any illegal, harmful, or offensive manner.
- Compliance with Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with the applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. How to Upgrade Your License
If you purchased a Regular License and later wish to upgrade to an Extended License, you can contact us to purchase the upgrade. The price difference will be calculated, and you will receive the new license with the extended permissions.
6. Refunds and License Transfers
Refunds will not be provided for licenses once the product has been downloaded or the license has been activated. Additionally, licenses are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to a different person or account.
7. Changes to License Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update the terms of our licenses. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Please review this page regularly to stay informed of any modifications.
